leaseee provides tools for analyzing rental listings in New York City. Our reports and analyses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or financial advice.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
Purchases and Billing
leaseee sells one-time purchases, not subscriptions. You can buy a report pack or a time-limited access pass. Nothing auto-renews and you will never be billed again unless you make another purchase. All fees are charged at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
leaseee is not liable for any decisions you make based on our analyses. Always verify listing information independently before entering into any lease agreement.
