What cities does leaseee support?
Right now, leaseee is built specifically for New York City. Our data sources, building lookups, and analysis models are tuned for the NYC rental market. We are exploring expansion to other major cities in the future.
How current is the data?
NYC data sources update on their own schedules. leaseee shows the latest data available when the report is generated and includes freshness information where available. Reports are for informational purposes only and should be verified independently before making any leasing decisions.
Can I run a report on any listing site?
leaseee currently works best with StreetEasy and Zillow, with support for additional NYC rental platforms continuing to improve. You can also type in the full address of the unit if you do not have a URL, and we'll extract the building and unit details from there.
Do I need an account?
Yes, you need an account to browse the map and run reports. Creating an account is free and only takes a moment — just sign up with your email.
What is included in a report?
Each report includes building-level data such as violations, complaints, DOB records, elevator status, bedbug history, market comparisons, neighborhood context, and a final verdict to help you decide before applying.
