No Refunds
All purchases made on leaseee are final. leaseee sells one-time purchases only — report packs and time-limited access passes — and we do not offer refunds for any of them.
Exceptions
The only exceptions to this policy are those required by applicable law. If you believe your situation qualifies for a legally mandated refund, email us at hello@leaseee.com with details of your request.
Billing Issues
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), contact us within 14 days of the transaction and we will investigate. Verified billing errors will be corrected.
Nothing to Cancel
